How to Order

Just go to the “Store Front” Page to place your order for sheets and towels for your rental “Week” or “Season”.  If you do not want to order on-line you can also leave a message on 856-693-4219 or e-mail us at Shirley.Karen@LinenFairies.com, and we will get back to you shortly to take your order.

 

Sorry, we may not be able to accept orders placed less than 48 hours from arrival time, please call to confirm.

Payment

All orders will be paid by credit card, the credit card will not be charged until the time of delivery, unless your request to be Billed NOW at checkout or you are participating in an early order promotion.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

 

Credit Cards will be charged for items damaged or not returned.  For item costs, please see the FAQ’s Page.

 

Cancellations

Must be made by e-mail to Shirley.Karen@linenfairies.com or by Voice Mail to 856-693-4219 with 48 hours notice prior to when order was to be delivered to avoid being charged.

 

Delivery

Sheets and towels will be placed inside the rental unit on the Saturday of the rental before 2:00pm.

All "Weekly" rentals are for one week, for additional weeks, orders can be replenished for the cost of each week, or linens and towels can be kept for 25% cost for each additional week.

 "Season" rentals are from Memorial Day Weekend till Labor Day Weekend, unless additional arrangements are made at the time of the order.

 

Bed Made Service

If you choose “Weekly Bed Made Service” all of your beds will be made up prior to your arrival of 2:00pm.  This service is optional and adds an additional charge of $6.00 per bed.

 

Pick Up

On the Saturday of your departure all sheets and towels must be placed in the bag provided and left outside of your door by 9:00am.
