|Are Linen Fairy Services available Off Season?|
|Linen Fairies is open year round. If less than 5 DAYS, we will do our best to accommodate; however, inventory
and/or the bed made service may not be available and a LATE FEE and a later delivery may apply.
If less than 24 HOURS, we will let you know if we will be able to
accept your order.
|Can I cancel an Order?|
|Yes, you can Cancel your Order. Your Credit Card will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. If an order is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance to delivery there will be a $50 fee. Credit Cards purchases over 90 days old may not be refundable through the Credit Card company, in this case a check will be mailed minus the 4% Non Refundable Credit Card fee.|
|Can items not needed be returned for a refund after delivery?|
No, once items have been delivered, they cannot be returned for a refund. The items have been packed and delivered, removing them from inventory for other customers and an additional pickup would be required and all items are still required to be properly washed and sanitized. NO EXCEPTIONS.
|Do I have to be at the rental property for delivery?|
|No, you do not need to be at the rental property for delivery or pickup. If we can get access to the property we will deliver the items inside before your arrival. On the rare occasion this is not possible, we will leave the order at the door.
Please leave order outside for pick up when leaving.
|Do Pillow Cases come with the Sheet Sets?|
|Pillow Cases come with all Sheet Sets. Twin Sets come with one Standard Case, Full and Queen Sets come with two Standard Cases and King Sets come with two King Cases. Extra Pillow Cases can be ordered under the Sheet Set Category.
|How do I update an existing order (Adding items to Existing Orders)?|
|DO NOT submit new orders to add additional items to an existing order. To make changes to an existing order please email us at Shirley@LinenFairies.com or call us at 856-693-4219. A $10 Change Fee will apply.
(A $25 Consolidation Charge will apply for each additional order submitted to add item(s) to an existing order, requiring us to consolidate the orders back into one order).

|What if I decide to leave earlier than my departure date?|
|No problem, this happens quite a bit. Please just let us know as early as possible either by emailing us at Shirley@LinenFairies.com or calling us at 856-693-4219 so we can make arrangements to pickup earlier.
|What is the cost of Delivery and Pick Up?|
|One Delivery and one Pickup is included with your order. Any additional Deliveries or Pickups are a $25 Additional Delivery/Pickup Fee. After Hours Delivery Requests are $50.
|When is it too late to order?|
We require 5 days notice in Season Jun - Sept
We require 3 days notice Off Season Oct - May
If we can provide the order; there is a $25 Late Order Fee and we may not be able to provide any of our Services (Bed Made Service, Linen or Towel Setup Service, inside delivery or delivery before arrival)
|When should I order my linens for my vacation?|
|Please place your order once you have booked your
rental. You cannot order too
soon. We offer Early Order Promotions
starting in January.
|When we checkout, is there an option for Linen Fairies to strip the beds?|
|We do not strip beds in season. If you do not strip your beds and place the linens in the bag(s) outside for pickup as instructed, you will be charged $15 per bed stripped. Off season we may be able to accommodate this request with prior agreement.|
|Will I be charged for missing or damaged items?|
|Yes, you may be charged for missing or damaged items. Normal wear and tear is expected; however, please take care of your items and be sure to return all items in the bags upon your departure. Please do not use wash cloths to clean the rental property, grill or your auto, this is not considered normal wear and tear.
|Will my order be shipped?|
|We do not ship orders. We deliver and pick up to and from the Rental Property identified during Check Out.|
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Please email Shirley@LinenFairies.com with your Order # and the changes you would like to make, a $10 Change Fee will apply.|
|When will I receive an Order Confirmation?|
|You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order. If you order more than a week in advance you will receive a second order confirmation the week prior of your arrival date.
|What time will my order arrive?|
|We deliver during the change over times of 10:00am - 3:30pm.
|What if my order is incorrect?|
|We make every effort to be sure your order is correct; however, if you believe there has been a mistake please email us at Shirley@LinenFairies.com or call us at 856-693-4219 and we will be sure to rectify.
|Can I add to my order after it has been delivered?|
|Yes, we can deliver additional items. To add to a delivered order please email us at Shirley@LinenFairies.com or call us at 856-693-4219. A $10 Change Fee and a $25 Additional Delivery Fee will apply.
|How do I return my order?|
|We will leave you Laundry Bag(s) and Return Instructions to place your order in the bag(s) provided and outside the door on your departure date and we will pick up.
- Customers are requested to strip their beds, or will be charged $15 per bed
- Bags locked inside will be charged $25 for a Linen Fairy Return Visit with a key for access.
- Asking Linen Fairies to return to the house to look for missing items to the order is $25 plus the cost of the item if still missing.
